I am a dedicated Personal Trainer whose passion is to provide Health, Nutrition and wellbeing advice to women from all walks of life. I enjoy working closely with women who are struggling with their fitness and health all over the world and now I am extending my advice and expertise to women in the Middle East & USA where there are high numbers of Diabetics and Obesity. I am well known for helping women reach their goals whatever they might be.

Whatever your fitness goals, I can help you. Losing weight, toning up, building lean muscle, increasing stamina…. My sessions are tailored to each individual not a “one size fits all” concept and I will work with you to achieve the results you desire. Online coaching can be just as rewarding and simply having someone you can reach out to, ask for advice and keep motivated is a step in the right direction. I spend my time between London and Dubai with trips throughout the year to NYC. So there is always the opportunity to train with me in person and online.

I understand life is busy and fitness goals can get lost on to-do lists with careers, family, socialising, and life in general but my sessions are structured to get the most out of your time with me and more importantly tailored individually. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to training. I have been through a long and interesting journey with my personal fitness, one that has not always been easy. I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, and also hold REPS Level 2 in Fitness Instructing and Anatomy and Physiology. I am a worldwide certified Les Mills instructor for Body Pump and Body Attack and have been teaching classes at some of London’s most prestigious gyms for 10 years. I was Fitness Manager for one of West London’s busiest health clubs for 3 years, running a gym floor, group exercise programme and swim timetable, and I am also certified in Kettlebells, Power Plate and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise.

Often the hardest part of any journey is getting started. Once you are on the road, following your chosen path then generally speaking you will be helped along by momentum. But taking that first step, even if it is just the decision to get going, can be tough. In a world of speed and constant demands it’s commonplace to want things NOW and expect immediate results but there is no instantaneous fix.
